What the heck is CBD oil?

There's a new trend that has taken over the wellness market--cannabidiol, better known as CBD oil. People are using it to help with everything from anxiety, arthritis, muscle and joint pain from workouts and athletics, menopause symptoms, insomnia and many other health issues.

There are hundreds of CBD oil products on the market, and it can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially if you're skeptical to the idea that it actually works.

Figure out where you want to target

Choose the product that will help the CBD oil get there

In order for CBD oil to be effective, it needs to hit your intended molecular target. If the target is close to your skin, use a topical or suppository. If it needs to travel to your bloodstream to get it to its intended place (brain, immune system, etc.) try something like a vaporizer.
